The workshop mentorship was my first experience as an educator. It began inside Serratec’s Software ICT Residency program, where I started leading UX workshops for people transitioning into tech or beginning their careers. From there, it became a real challenge: how to teach product and design in a practical, accessible, and applicable way for people who did not yet have a technical foundation.
